Фотографии сделаны так, как будто это просторная квартира. Возможно, она такой и была до разделения её на 3 номера. На самом же деле, обычный гостиничный номер и 30м² вряд-ли тут есть. Душ брызгает во все стороны. Нет сушки для пляжных пренадлежностей. Шкаф для вещей маленький. Шумоизоляция отсутствует от соседей. Только более менее тихо со стороны улицы. Все ручки на входных дверях скрипят очень сильно и ты обязательно узнаешь когда соседи входят/выходят.

Everything great

The apartment is in a great location—close to everything, with the Arena is just 15 minute walk and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The place was clean, and the A/C worked wonderfully (which was a relief since it was very hot). However, there were no toiletries provided. The bed sheets weren’t very comfortable and could be replaced, along with the towels, for a better guest experience. One important note: if you’re looking for a quiet trip, this may not be the right apartment. It was very noisy and NOT soundproof—we were up most of the night listening to girls laughing and talking loudly next door and in and out of the apartment until 4:30 a.m. Overall, it was a great stay for one or two nights, but definitely on the pricey side for what is.

Невозможно получить информацию через чат букинг, только по телефону, мы хотели припорковать машину, но нам ничего не говорили по телефону, лишь только то, что нам отправили смс, когда мы сказали, что смс не получали и попросили выслать информацию в чат, то нам ничего не сказали, только подъехать к отелю Там вместо вменяемых инструкций нам стали показывать, что отправляли смс на телефон, хотя нам ничего не приходило Код от двери нам сообщили только лично, точно так же как и код от парковки Апартаменты удобно расположены, но на этом все преимущества заканчиваются Лифта нет, чистота под вопросом, скорее просто протерли пыль перед заселением Шампуня, кондиционера, геля для душа нет, только мыло для рук Кондиционер работал хорошо Слышимость очень хорошая, даже при отсутствии желания вы точно услышите соседей За такую цену просто ужасно

De kamer lag in het centrum van Pula

De gastvrouw hebben we jammer genoeg niet gezien. Enkel telefonisch de intstructies verkregen om de auto te parkeren (parking lag op 6min afstand van het appartement) en in de kamer te geraken. Heel rumoerig, het is 1 appartement opgesplits in kamers en de geluidsisolatie is slecht. Geen toiletartikelen (douchegel, shampoo, etc..) aanwezig.

Location It has parking, but 4 blocks away.

Of all my holidays, this was the place where I felt the most uncomfortable. It is not comfortable and the decoration is in poor taste. The check-in was complicated and disorganized: upon arrival, I had to contact them through three different channels (Booking and two different WhatsApp numbers). Instead of sending written instructions with the access codes, as most accommodations do, they call you to explain them. This is not practical if you don’t speak the language or if you have no signal at that moment, as you simply cannot check in. The bed linen was not in a condition suitable for accommodation; I asked for a replacement and the cleaning staff brought me another set that was in even worse condition, made of worn microfiber and full of pilling. The towels were also incomplete; they brought me the missing ones, but they were poor quality, rough (sun-dried), and very thin. The shower was broken and leaked water from the sides, soaking the floor. It was also one of the few accommodations that did not offer even a complimentary bottle of water or a simple coffee upon arrival. In addition, there were no bathroom toiletries or cleaning supplies, not even a broom, during the entire 5-day stay. During my stay, no one ever asked if I needed anything. I travelled throughout Croatia and part of Slovenia for a month, and this was the most expensive accommodation with the worst value for money: it is simply not worth what they charge (€200 per night). Not recommended. De todas mis vacaciones, este fue el lugar donde me sentí más incómoda. No es confortable y la decoración es de mal gusto. El check-in fue complejo y desorganizado: al llegar tuve que contactarme por tres vías diferentes (Booking y dos números distintos de WhatsApp). Para enviarme los códigos de ingreso, no mandan las indicaciones por escrito como en la mayoría de los alojamientos, sino que llaman para explicarlo.
