"Few days with family taking in a new Country and culture. Nis was great."

great 2 bed apartment

Spent a long time searching for Sunny Apartment on a hot day walking up and down some very steep hills. only to find out it was part of Nis City View, the tallest building for miles and we had past it a few times. Then when legs couldn’t take one more step we got a 4th/5th floor room with no lift. once we got over that shock everything else was fine

"Disappointed & cheated ..."

PLS EVERYONE RECHECK THE RESERVATION DETAILS CAREFULLY DURING CHECK IN ... We didn't take what we booked. They cheated us ... Only good to say is the fact that, they provided us free breakfast, for the whole family, after our complaints for cheating us and leaving us, hungry and totally disappointed during our stay in Nis!!!

Although we had booked a spacious appartment named SUNNY APPARTMENT, with kitchenette, table and view, they cheated us. They put us to a smaller room with 2 small, uncomfortable bedrooms, in a hotel, which had NOTHING!!! Not even toilet paper... Never got what we have booked ... No more comments!!!!
