这间公寓就在Nišava河边，一栋挺新的楼里。从公寓出发走一两百米就是米兰一世广场和尼什城堡，观光、购物、餐饮特别便利。公寓楼下有门禁，非常安全、安静。公寓有两间卧室，整齐干净，生活设施一应俱全。最重要的是，房东提供一个免费车位，是在公寓楼地下车库的一个非常大的车位，即使是旅行车或越野车也完全没问题。

Keďže sme boli návštevníkmi festivalu Nišville, poloha ubytovania bola skvelá. K ubytovaniu je k dispozícii aj parkovacie miesto, čo nás veľmi potešilo.

V letnom období je jedna klimatizácia na 3 miestnosti, umiestnená v obývačke, trošku málo.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich. Die Unterkunft ist groß und hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer und 1 Bad mit Gäste WC. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.
