No7 Oban Harbour

Location was great, convenient to shops, sightseeing and restaurants.

I did end up rewashing dishes, as I noticed several were not clean.

Parking is restricted to 4 hours. A resident pass would be a worthwhile investment if it can be used on guest cars

We had a great stay at this flat in Oban! The location was perfect—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The flat was clean, modern, and had a really cute style. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine (note: no dryer, but they did provide a drying rack which worked fine for us). There was plenty of space for our family of five, and it felt comfortable and homey.

Just be aware that it’s up four flights of stairs with no lift, so it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage. On street parking is free overnight but you have to pay during the day.

We really liked the location of this apartment. It was close to the harbour and also to Tesco for groceries. There was plenty of space for the four of us to have some privacy when needed. The key was provided in the lock box by the door.

There was one kitchen towel provided and a scrub pad for washing dishes. The mattresses need to be replaced. There was a lack of maintenance as we noticed paint peeling off the walls, a leaky kitchen faucet and a shower head close to falling off the attached hose. The apartment provided the basics for our needs. The three flights of stairs mentioned were no issue for us.

Entrance to apartment was a bit dull and with door lying open it felt unsafe. A lot of stairs but manageable for most. Parking not easy as busy
