Niks. Er zijn maar 2 kookpitten en geen oven, waardoor koken voor 4 of meer personen, soms wat onhandig is, maar dat wisten we van te voren.

The apartment door is not soundproof and sometimes could get noisy when other guest opens the entrance door .

The apartment is in an excellent location for trips in Tyrol, close to many routes, restaurants and supermarkets. Clean and well-designed despite its size (one room and a terrace), it was very suitable for our needs, a well-equipped and comfortable kitchen. The owners of the B&B are welcoming, Sergey was very helpful regarding the itineraries. I definitely recommend the place and hope to return to it.

For us it was perfect, there were no surprises what we saw in the order is what we got.

The location in the Oetz Valley is perfect. The apartment was relatively small, but very well arranged in a way that we didn't feel it was too small. We also had the outdoor balcony which was very nice to sit for dinner.

We were missing a high chair for our 9-month baby.

In one word, the accommodation was AWESOME! Everything was clean, modern and perfectly functionally furnished. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, the response to emails was immediate and nothing was a problem. The price also included a sauna, 2x free during a weekly stay. It's just really great and we're really looking forward to coming back again.
