Apartments Ari and Bonnie - cozy with roof terrace

Velmi příjemné prostředí, klidná lokalita, ale zároveň velmi blízko centra. V dosahu autem krásné pláže. Na ubytování bylo vše potřebné, vybavení k vaření, velká terasa a využití ping pongu a vířivky.

Dobrze wyposażone apartamenty, sypialnia z dwoma łóżkami, pokój z aneksem i rozkładaną sofą, duży zadaszony taras doskonały na wieczorny relaks i kolacje. Pełne wyposażenie niezbędne do pobytu, dodatkowo na terenie obiektu ekstra stół do pingponga, dart, murowany grill i miejsce do posiłków, jacuzzi. Dwa zadaszone miejsca parkingowe, które zostały nam udostępnione w całości. Dojazd do centrum czy na plażę Hidrobaza (polecam) ok 10min samochodem. Bardzo miły i przyjazny właściciel, któremu dziękujemy za bardzo udany pobyt.

Il proprietario ha fatto le cose in grande costruendo un nido perfetto per le famiglie con figli! Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini e avevamo 2 appartamenti e abbiamo trovato, devo fare una lista: - PS4 con diversi giochi in ogni appartamento - Smart TV dove poter utilizzare i propri account di TV-streaming - una piscinetta gonfiabile (diametro 2 mt) con acqua riscaldabile e idromassaggio (perfetta per i bambini o aperitivo) - Un tavolo da ping-pong con racchette e palline nuove di marca Joola (mi scuso per il dettaglio, ma per me che sono un appassionato è un gran mazzo di punti in più) - Un gioco elettronico per le freccette che abbiamo usato a più non posso - Barbecue attrezzatissimo con frigo dotato di vino Malvasia locale e lattine di birra, tavoli e tutto ciò che si può desiderare per grigliare - vino malvasia, birre, succhi di frutta, capsule di latte/caffè ecc nei frigo degli appartamenti Sicuramente dimentico qualcosa, ma vi garantisco che farsi un aperitivo nelle terrazze a tasca degli appartamenti era un'esperienza estremamente rilassante! Vicino all'aeroporto, ma tutto ben insonorizzato e con l'aria condizionata non serviva tenere le finestre aperte. Unico neo, il locale è stato ricavato in una mansarda, quindi in alcuni punti può esser scomodo per chi è molto alto, per il resto direi che è davvero dura trovare un difetto! Proprietario discreto, gentile, disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Dean, il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, ma al tempo stesso discreto. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto l’occorrente, oltre a dei piacevoli extra: acqua, vino, olio, sale, zucchero, birra e succhi di frutta ♥️ Ci sono anche Smart tv e PlayStation 😁 Gli appartamenti sono perfetti per due famiglie o amici che viaggiano in gruppo. Le terrazze a tasca sono davvero piacevoli, facevamo lì tutti i pasti. La posizione è buona, lontano dalla confusione ma comunque vicino (in auto) ai servizi.

Consiglierei di aggiustare il box doccia del bagno (una delle ante é rotta ed è stata sostituita con una tenda) ed il soffione per l’acqua (non si può usare attualmente, poiché schizza acqua sul soffitto che, colando, gocciola nel bagno bagnando ovunque)

The terrace was big enough to enjoy breakfast and dinner for 4. I went with my 3 grown up daughters ( 16, 18 and 19) and was enough room for all of us. The owner had left a bottle of wine, water, juice and some other stuff in the fridge for us which was lovely and the flat was equipped with all we could need ( including kitchen basics like oil, vinegar, coffee...). It is not in the centre of busy and noisy Pula which for us was great as we had a car to move around and the flat had a parking space for us. We really enjoy the ping pong table!

You can hear the cars from the nearby main road but I No am very sensitive to noises, my daughters did not notice it. In any case, certainly much more quiet than the busy center of town

It was lovely apartment with nice and clean rooms, perfect terrace with all facilities you news to have a lovely Holiday. It was really fantastic tíme to spend there. We had such a Nice holiday

Everything was fine, we were satisfied a nothing disturbed us from having a lovely Holiday. I Can tell your again It was a lovely apartment. Everything was in good shape and condition. It was absolutely great.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

The property is very well located to reach both beaches ans Pola town centre. It was clean and it has all you need. Dean is very prompt and very kind. We had a lovely stay.
