Geräumige Wohnung, gut eingerichtet. In der Küche notwendige Ausstattung vorhanden. Betten gut. Elektrische Fensterrollläden.

Die Fenster sind relativ klein, deswegen wirkt die Wohnung etwas dunkel, besonders in der Sitzecke ist es sehr düster. Es gibt einen gepflegten Aussenbereich mit Rasen und Gartenmöbeln, direkt am Eingang zu der Wohnung gibt es Korbsessel. Trotzdem fehlt es absolut an Privatsphäre, man sitzt dort sehr exponiert, andere Gäste laufen einem vor der Nase vorbei. Sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache.
