La atención es impecable. La posada muy cómoda, completa y limpia. Tiene un jardín hermoso lleno de plantas y mucho verde. Y una piscina enorme y muy linda. Todo el complejo es muy lindo y esta muy bien ubicado con respecto al centro de Pipa. Caminas varias cuadras y llegas y también pasa cerca el transporte para ir a las diferentes playas.

No me gustó que el baño no tenga mampara, cada vez que te bañas se llena de agua todo el baño.

Limpeza do apartamento

A localização é otima, bem próximo do centro! A piscina é um capítulo à parte, excelente, grande, funda e com água naturalmente quente! Ambiente silencioso! O ar condicionado do quarto funcionou perfeitamente e a cama era muito boa! O check in é descomplicado e os funcionários são muito atenciosos...

Cozinha com condições mínimas de uso! Cafeteira sem jarra, não havia garrafa térmica, panelas antigas e amassadas e em quantidade mínima. Talheres, pratos e copos em quantidade mínima. Nos quartos as tolhas apesar de limpas eram extremamente velhas e "surradas".

Tudo perfeito, exatamente como nas fotos. Me arrependi de não ter ficado mais dias. A pousada é tão aconchegante que não dá vontade de sair de lá

A televisão podia estar no quarto, o vaso do banheiro estava solto, mas assim que informado do estado foi reparado

The location, pool area and how peaceful it is. The apartments and basic but spacious. Although they are just on the edge of the town it is only about a 10 minute walk to the centre and 15 to the beach. There are a number of bars and restaurants along the way. The administrator lady was lovely and helpful (not the English speaking receptionist). Once our apartment had been cleared we would have spent another night.

When we arrive we didn't get the apartment we booked on the 1st floor, we were given a ground floor apartment, the English speaking receptionist couldn't have cared less. The apartment wasn't very clean at all. The sink was actually black and other areas poor. Once we complained this was quickly dealt with by a lovely lady, however the apartment needs a good deep clean especially around the shower heads (water doesn't come out very well) and cooker. The sink in both bathrooms was actually removed to be cleaned. The blank at the bottom of the bed was also dirty. I think the cleaner needs to spend less time on her phone and more time cleaning and apartments should be inspected by someone who has authority. The English speaker receptionist is abrupt and not very friendly at all.
