Mascagni 18: Lovely and Central Apartment

The apartment is beautifully decorated, good size, air conditioned, very clean and organized and the host had thought about every little detail (The cold bottle of water and the little snacks came very handy as we arrived very late with young hungry kids) The location is perfect. Only 2 min to train station, 10-20 walk to airport or city center. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to our friends if going to or passing through Pisa.

Stairs with heavy suitcase was a challenge but we knew already at time of booking.

Apartment is great an well equipped. I was surprised to see the detailings used to decorate the apartment.

Apartment was at 3rd floor so had to carry luggage all the way up but that's a tradeoff to stay close to Pisa station.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a home from home! Every little detail had been thought of. There was water, milk and eggs left in the fridge on our arrival, pasta, olive oil and a whole store cupboard of spices in the well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels and powerful shower. Our two girls loved playing with the board games that were left there too. Both the bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean and the decoration was lovely! Location was great, literally a walk across the car park in front of the train station. Lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby and a leisurely 20 minute walk to the tower. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive and the welcome book was really lovely and helpful. Don't hesitate, just book, you won't be disappointed.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was excellent - beautifully and tastefully decorated, very well equipped, located two steps away from the train station and not far from the main attractions. The hosts thought about lots of big and small details, starting with providing everything necessary for cooking (salt, olive oil, coffee and lots of other stuff), but also other things. We very much appreciated the guide to Pisa with information on supermarkets, restaurants, places to see. A big bravo to the hosts!

A couple of small things, none of which are the hosts' fault: - no lift (did not bother us much but may be a problem for some people); - smell of sewage (it was not unbearable though); - very poor sound insulation (ear plugs recommended) Despite the above, we were happy with our choice of this apartment.

beautifully decorated, furnished and located. we used the property mainly as a base to visit Pisa itself, Bologna and Florence so being by the station was a real bonus

Convenient location next to central station Easy travel to airport and other towns and cities. Walking distance to centre of pisa . Very clean apartment with many amenities like milk, water , cakes and very friendly host. Highly recommended

Everything was great.. A baby high chair will be very helpful for families with small kids .

A lot of thought was put into little details.

Very thin walls, you can hear the top neighbours so clearly, like they are with you in the room.

A quality modern well equipped apartment set on the 3rd floor of a domestic block, which is both quiet and secure. A contemporary interior design with bold colours make for a relaxing stay. We spent a week here - it's an excellent location for visiting Pisa and it's situation close to Pisa Centrale makes it a superb location for visiting Tuscany. An attentive host and is highly recommended.
