There are problems with electricity, from 23.00 to 11.00 it is not. During the day you can not turn on powerful appliances (hair dryer), there is no kettle. The houses are nice, but the inside needs an update. About 3km. access roads are quite heavy.

Lack of electricity, WiFi and hot water. Expensive accommodation, beach bar and restaurant. Maybe owner should align prices accordingly to what they offer.
BACosy and comfortable, clean apartment with a covered terrace overlooking the sea. Friendly staff. The beach is excellent, with loungers and cabanas included in the price. Not too crowded (as town beaches tend to get in Neum).
A few things I hope to see improved in the future: power can be a bit unreliable, which is a problem if you want to keep perishables in the fridge, WiFi is practically non-existent, and only cash is accepted.
