Il quartiere è tranquillo e l' appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, con una attenzione particolare alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. È comodo il parcheggio riservato,.

È un po' lontano dal centro, ma comodo per visitare il parco di Premantura.
