Lovely host, very flexible to our needs. Clean place as described on the site. Quite and pice full area nice fir good rest.

Clean, pleasant owner, has pretty much everything you could possibly need.

Apartment is very cold in general, and the owner does not allow you to control the air conditioning, so if you want to take a shower during the nighttime, you have a serious problem. Everything in the apartment is very old, and the only heated room in the apartment is the living room. This is the first time in my life that I had to leave to the owner to decide if I am pleasant with the temperature in my room. I will definitely not be coming back again, neither should you. Prices in Niš in general (in the city center, not here) are better than this one too.

It’s quite cheap compared to hotels and other apartments near by. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in is possible until midnight, which is excellent if you need an emergency place to get some sleep.

Everything is old (still functional) Host only takes cash, so you need to withdraw dinars from the ATM and there’s fees which makes it more expensive.

Really spacious property in a quiet suburban area with amenities close by. The apartment was well stocked with things you would need to cook and clean and it has a very warm feeling. The host was really friendly and a lovely person to speak with. She even helped us the following day when our car was broken. Would love to come back here! Thank you for everything.
