City Centre Sea View Apartment

Nice view

Upon arrival at the apartment, there is no parking. If you need to park your car, you will search for parking for a long time and far away •Apartment was dirty. Behind the curtains there was a lot of dust and the bathroom was extra dirty •No soap in bathroom, also not enough towels •The balcony has a nice view, however it was also dirty. The chairs were broken, you cannot sit on them •Kitchen cabinet was broken and the balcony door was broken •The apartment needs a cleaning and remodeling.

Nothing.

The issues have already been discussed with Booking as well as the local agent and a solution could be found. We recommend a total revamp to this flat before it is rented out again!

It was a good location and the facilities were ok.

It was difficult to find the apartment. Google was not helpful at all. We then had to park some distance from the apartment before unloading the luggage. We arrived at the front of the building only to find that there are 63 steps to get to the apartment. My wife has MS and it was very difficult for her getting up and down every day. I had to carry 2 large suitcases and 2 other bags up the 63 steps. Parking is a major problem. If you are elderly, not fit or have difficulty with steps, don't book this apartment. If you don't have a problem with stairs, this is a good apartment.

The size of the apartment was good for two people and the kitchen facilities were fine. The lounge area was also a good size and the terrace a great asset. The security of the building and the apartment felt reassuring.

There was no toilet paper or bathroom toiletries. Fortunately there was a small supermarket a few metres away where we could buy both, but we should not have needed to do so. On this holiday we stayed at five other places via booking.com and all provided toilet paper and toiletries. It would also have been helpful, given that a washing machine was included, for there to have been some clothes washing powder or similar.

Both sun umbrellas was broken and without them there isnt't possible sit on the terrace in the day. And there no parking near the apartment. It will be very hard to find some parking space in 10 min walk distance.
