"Nenavadno stanovanje na dobri lokaciji"

Stanovanje je na odlični lokaciji v centru Pule v neposredni bližini tržnice, trgovin/pekarn/restavracij in postajališč mestnih avtobusov (ki vozijo na plaže). Tudi arena ni predaleč in je dosegljiva peš. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, zato smo si lahko v njej zlahka pripravili svežo morsko hrano, ki smo jo kupili na bližnji tržnici. Stanovanje je bilo čisto.

Samo stanovanje je zelo nenavadno. Kopalnica je široka točno toliko kot vrata (z drugimi besedami: neverjetno ozka). V nastanitvi je sicer res klimatska naprava, vendar je v dnevni sobi, iz katere se do spalnice pride skozi kuhinjo, prvo predsobo in drugo predsobo (iz katere vodijo stopnice v prvo nadstropje, vendar so blokirane z omarami). V spalnici je zato zelo vroče. Tudi sicer je razporeditev prostorov v stanovanju silno neobičajna. Otroška soba je povsem na drugem koncu stanovanja kot glavna spalnica. V stanovanju ni skoraj nobene dnevne svetlobe.
