Huoneisto oli siivottu hyvin. Paljon tilaa ja keskeinen sijainti. Hyvät sängyt.

Sauna oli huono ja epämiellyttävä. Keittiön pöytä oli hutera, se huojui puolelta toiselle. Matot liukuivat askelten alla eli olivat vaaralliset. Astmainen henkilö sai oireita eli mahdollisia sisäilma ongelmia. Huoneisto oli kuluneen näköinen.

Sijainti oli erittäin mainio, ihan ydinkeskustassa lähellä Valkean kauppakeskusta. Huoneisto oli tilava ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Erittäin hyvä 6 hengen majoittumiseen. Kaksi avainta oli myös todella hyvä lisä.

Sisäänkäynnille olisi voinut antaa ohjeet, sillä rakennus oli iso ja oikea rappu löytyi sivustalta vähän piilosta. Avaimet haettiin vähän matkan päästä kotipizzasta mikä oli ihan toimiva.

Hyvällä paikalla, tilava huoneista.

Hiekkaiset lattiat, keittiönpöytä heiluu ja huojuu. Keittiössä kaapit saranoista hieman irti. Kamala parfyymin haju huoneistoon mentäessä. Wcssä haisi viemärit.
