"地理位置很棒的房子！"

位置很好，距离大巴车站、火车站、船站以及景区都很近！房子是0层还有一个美丽的小花园，晚上还会有可爱的小猫咪来访。唯一不愉快的是：我们预定的三个人，但是房东忘记给我们准备沙发床…

"Great location with plenty of space and facilities for a short stay but could do with thorough clean"

Excellent location right next to Amphitheatre and opposite port road for ferry access. Good facilities at the property. Plenty of room for 4 people. Owner was very responsive. Took call at 2:30am when we could not locate property.

Struggled to locate property. Could do with pictures of front door sent rather than just key safe as it was very confusing being a foreigner first time in Croatia. Apartment itself was stinking of cigarette smoke. Could taste it in mouth. Could do with thorough cleaning as well. Found someone's pants on settee and just had to put it aside.

"Muy bueno, espacioso y bien ubicado."

Muy amplio y bien ubicado el departamento. A 50 m de la Arena, y muy cerca del Ferry a Zadar.

La cerradura de la puerta no es funcional. Se requiere de la llave para abrir la puerta desde adentro y desde afuera. El baño un poco angosto pero completo, tiene lavadora de ropa.

"Pola è una città da visitare, comunque."

La posizione è ottima, vicino il mare (porto), il centro e l'arena

La tv non sono riuscita a vederla, il fornello non funzionava se non con qualche accorgimento, i letti erano divani, il giardino era un'aiuola piena di vegetazione condominiale. Ma c'era la lavatrice, il frigo nuovo e il phon per i capelli. Il parcheggio davanti casa è a pagamento ma il proprietario ci ha indicato un parcheggio gratis a 500/600 mt. Il proprietario non l'abbiamo mai visto. Casa polverosa.
