A relatively quiet area from where you could easily reach anywhere.

The apartment had to be prepared/cleaned better before the guests were received. Some of the furniture needs reconditioning/replacement, in one of the bathrooms, the shower hose was defective, it was losing water when it joined the pipe.

Support of the host was great. Not only pre check in, but also during our stay. This apartment is spacious, every room has its own bathroom, which is fab. Also the location is top notch, with parking opportunities all around.

Very modern apartment with 3 genuine double bedrooms & each with an ensuite shower & WC. I have never come across that before on my travels and it suited us perfectly. I searched Pisa for this and nothing else like it came up either in terms of facilities or value for money. Oh, and although the flat is only on floor 1.5, there is a lift if you need it. There is central heating & aircon throughout. As we used Pisa as a base and visited Florence & Lucca by train, the location is ideal (and for the airport). Great communication with instant replies. Also checked that we got in ok & were happy, which is a nice touch. I saw some reviews about noise from upstairs & little cooking equipment. We had none of those problems. I highly recommend.

Some might be put off by the location down a slightly grubby side street, but that's Italy for you! Don't be put off, it is exceptional.

The apartment was very clean. The location was excellent. And the host was amazing!! This place gets 10,000 stars!!

I loved everything. There was nothing not to like about this place.
