Great location, just minutes from the beach. Amazing views from the balcony. The apartment was clean and it has everything you need.

The apartment is fairly spacious and bright, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and well-maintained building. The view is pleasant, overlooking the water and a beautiful green area, which is a significant advantage. The location is good, and the furniture is relatively modern. **Strengths:** * Spacious and bright apartment * Big bed in the bedroom * Comfortable and nice sofa * Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, cutlery, pots, and everything needed for cooking * Dishwasher + a few dishwasher tablets provided * Washing machine * Basic amenities provided: shower gel, laundry detergent, toilet paper, I appreciated having them. * Salt, pepper, and some oil very useful for a short stay * Very good heating, as we stayed in the wintertime, it was very appreciated.

**Weaknesses:** * Cleanliness leaves much to be desired; it appears to have been done only superficially and does not provide the feeling of a clean apartment where you can feel at home comfortable and hygienic * Too many unnecessary items for tourist guests * Most drawers were filled with various personal belongings, creating the impression that the apartment is normally lived in and was only temporarily vacated for rental * The mattress & pillows were not comfortable, despite the large bed. * When the dishwasher was in function, the sink was starting to get flood. **Conclusion:** Although the apartment has good potential due to its space, location, and amenities, the lack of thorough cleaning, the uncomfortable mattress, and the feeling that the space was not properly prepared for guests negatively affected the overall experience. The pictures posted on the listings are accurate, i added only some for the flaws.
