Lokalita je skvělá - zhruba 400m na pláž a v bezprostřední blízkosti nákupní centrum i různé restaurace a bary, do centra města je to pěšky cca 30minu 2,5km nebo se tam dostanete autobusem. Apartmán je v 8.patře panelového domu.

Majitelce nelze prakticky nic vytknout, byla skvělá a celý apartmán je v perfektním stavu a cítíte se v něm jako ve vlastním bytě, vše potřebné je na místě. Chybí snad jen pár detailů, subjektivně by se hodilo pár háčků v koupelně, kde si můžete pověsit více ručníků, nebo třeba lžička na boty.

8th floor with nice terrace. Basketball and football playground in front. 15 min walk to beach, city swimming pools. 10 min drive to city center. Easy access. Very well equipped for short/long term stay. All included.

Apartman je na 8.katu stambene zgrade a prekrasnim pogledom na Pulu. Sam apartmana je opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima i sve funkcionira kako treba. Zgrada je u mirnom kvartu. Oko zgrade puno slobodnog besplatnog parking prostora. Zgrada, iako velika...mirna. Lift super brz. Domaćica uslužna, jasna i brižna.

Nemam nikakvih prigovora.
