Apartment By the River

Byli jsme ubytovaní na 3 noci v březnu. Výborná kumunikace před příjezdem s paní majitelkou. Poslala instrukce jak se dostat do ubytování. V podstatě samoobslužný check-in a check-out. Paní majitelka Katarina byla velmi ochotná, vše podrovně vysvětlila. Nový apartmnán v době přímo na nábřeží řeky Nišava- výhled z balkónu přímo na řeku. 4 minuty pěšky od autobudového nádraží a hned vedle nišské pevnosti a památek v centru. Vše je čisté. Kuchyňský kout s lednicí, varnou konvicí a indukčním vařičem. Klimatizaci jsme potřebovali jen na vytápění. Příjemné bylo podlahové topení v koupelně. Vše čisté a nové. Byly k dispozici informační prospekty o turistických cílech v okolí. Vše u kuchyňského koutu bylo k dispozici, také čaj a kafe v sáčcích, oplatky. Velmi dobrý poměr cena: kvalita. We were accomodated for 3 nights in March. Excelent communication before arroval with the owner- lady Katarina. She sent us the instructions, how to get to appartment. Katarina was very helpfull, evething explained properly. The appartment is new in building directly on waterfront the river Nišava- excelent view from balcony to the river. 4 minutes by walk from bus station and near the Niš's fortress and historical city centre, Everyting was clean. Kitchen counter with fridge, cattle and induction cooker. AC for cooling we did not need, but we used that for heating. The pleasant thing was floor heating in bathroom. There was a prospects about tourist places nearby. Everything on kitchen counter was available, also tea bags, coffee and cookies. Excelent rate price : quality.

V koupelně nefugoval větrák na odsávání zápachu. nad kuchyňským koutem a stolkem by se hodilo další svítidlo. Nebyla tam šatní skříň s policemi, jen konstrukce s věšáky. To však při krátém pobytu nevadilo. V pátek večer hluk z taneční zábavy z vedlejší řecké restaurace a v sobotu večer hluk z přilelkých barů a klubů v centru, Po půlnoci však klid. The fan for smell exhausing in bathroom did not work. Not enought lighting upon the kitchen counter and dining table- would be sutaible additional lighting. There was no wardrobe with shelves, just a structure (fixture) with hangers. On Friday evening, there was noise from the dance party from the Greek restaurant next door and on Saturday evening, there was noise from the nearby bars and clubs in the center. However, after midnight, it was quiet. The positive facts are much more signitificant.

Clean, comfortable ans the owner was offering help for any question. Location one of the best, for that koney exceeded our expectation.
