Our host was very polite and helpful. When we couldn't find the house, we called him and he came within 5 minutes, thank you.

It’s a rather comfortable compact duplex on the usable roof floor in the central part of the town. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary, including induction stove (a microwave oven would be desirable)

insufficient cleaning quality (lots of dust and human hairs), no communication in English with the property manager/owner possible, all the sofas in the apartment are “pretty loud”, quite slow internet 12,2x3.30 mbit/sec (video conferencing can be interrupted).

* When I arrived, the apartment smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, as if someone had just smoked a whole bunch of cigarettes with the windows and door closed... I immediately turned on the air conditioning and opened the windows... and in the meanwhile I went to eat something. The owner also brought an air freshener. When I came back from the restaurant the smell was noticeably better. If that hadn't been the case, I probably wouldn't have stayed. Very unfortunate, because the apartment was completely fine for the rest... * The communication with the owner was a bit difficult, because he didn't speak / understand English. Luckily we had Google Translate. 🙂

The host came walking to us because the adres didn’t match with the navigation. And we didn’t have internet connection . Very kind and he even helps with the luggage to take upstairs.
