The bathroom is not private:( it is located in a shared hallway, which doesn't provide much privacy. Right next door, there's a café that generates noise until late at night, and the smell of cigarettes, masked with cheap spray in the room. The room is noisy, you can hear people taking shower upstairs, and if someone goes to the shared kitchen early in the morning to make breakfast, it sounds as if they are right next to you. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable.

The location was great 5 min walk to city center ,all bedrooms were air conditioned,clean with comfortable beds and smart TVs.

The bathrooms and kitchen are outside of the bedrooms ,we were a family of 6 and occupied the whole property so that wasn't a problem for us, but maybe inconvenient for less people.

The room was clean and the staff exceptionally nice!

The woman who is the owner of the house was nice and helpful. Location was good, and room was clean.

It can be a bit disturbing to stay for longer periods since they have only one kitchen and you can easily hear upstairs’ guests.

The host is very friendly. We enjoyed our staying. The location is good, close to the center. I could park my car behind the property. Overall this is a good spot for a quick stay if you want to save some money. The beds are very comfortable.

The Cleanliness can be improved. The caffe next to the house is not too noisy, but if someone needs complete silence so sleep it might be a problem.

The apartment is in a great location.You can reach all interesting places on foot.It has free parking, good WIFI, the apartment is cosy, clean and very well equipped. I have no words for the hostess! She is very friendly and pleasant! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The bathroom door on the upper floor could not tightly close. It needs to be fixed. However, this is minor considering that all the rest were great!I will come again if ever visit Nis!
