Kalote' Apartments

We loved the open plan living space, and the large shower. It was also really lovely to have multiple balconies.

Facilities were lacking slightly, there was one coffee each for two nights, minimal consumables and condiments were supplied. The area is also incredibly noisy, which is possibly to be expected, but it is very loud when all the vehicles including motorbikes are transmitting and beeping horns etc. The toilet seat lid was broken, there was hard water stones blocking the holes on the shower head (many of which we removed to get a better flow of water) and the towels didn't smell that great. We also didn't receive the best greeting when we arrived, there was a lot of confusion about parking/dropping off bags and then confusion about payment and city tax. We were charged €12 for two nights for two adults which appears to be an overcharge. I wanted to pay on booking.com but I was being encouraged to pay on their card machine, which I didn't want to do. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best first time in Sicily. It has the potential to be a really great place, but a few details were lacking.

Posizione, gusto arredi, distribuzione degli spazi anche se ridotti, bagno, letto, presenza di finestre e di luce naturale, accoglienza e prontezza dell'host

B&B in posizione strategica, luminoso e confortevole. Non uno ma 3 balconcini che affacciano sul Teatro Comunale e la Chiesa di San Domenico, meraviglia barocca del XVIII secolo. Da uno si vede anche il mare! Letto comodo, bagno ampio con finestra, doccia estremamente grande. Frankie il proprietario, persona distinta e cortese come tutti i siciliani, sempre disponibile a fornire assistenza e a dispensare consigli sulle visite. Grazie di tutto!

Sehr laut, Abgase der Autos bei geöffneten Fenster sehr unangenehm

Eine Wohnung im Turm mit drei Balkonen und Blick auf eine belebten Piazza. Mitten drin im Leben. Zentrale Lage. Alle Höhepunkte von Noto fußläufig erreichbar. Der charmante Gastgeber empfing uns persönlich, erklärte uns die Wohnung und gab uns Vorschläge für Ausflüge. Handtuchwechsrö und Reinigung zwischendurch.

Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche etwas klein und die Ausstattung unzureichend. Die schon häufig erwähnten Stufen gibt es wirklich und sind nur ohne Handicap zu bewältigen.

Everything perfect! you maybe have to drive a few minutes to find a parkingplace. We were lucky.
