Stairs were a bit much for someone our age

Room you could say really with a view overlooking the central square in Noto. Very comfortable in every way.

Apartment is right in the middle of Noto. Free parking nearby. Place is super modern and clean. All the nice cafes and restaurants are 5 minutes max walking distance. Generally perfect stay.

Noise from the street is expected so bring earplugs. We slept ok but sometimes we were woken up by a louder motorbike outside.

Excellent location and a wonderful apartment with all the things you need and more, very spacious. Frankie is very hospitable and helpful. The entire stay was comfortable and a delight!

The apartment is brand new in an older building. There are only two studio apartments in all as the building is small with a shop at the ground floor. It is dead center of the Centro Storico. You couldn't ask for a better location to watch the town. There are probably 100 restaurants within walking distance. The owner Frankie met me when I arrived. He may ask for your Whatsapp info as that is how we communicated. I thought that the key to the building was stuck but I wasn't turning it with enough force. There is a queen size very comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, a small kitchen (no oven or microwave) with a fridge and 2 burner ceramic cooktop. The kitchen has the basic hardware like pots and dishes. There is only one apartment on each of the two upper stories and it's a corner building so there are three French doors and balconies. It's absolutely beautiful and even the doors are brand new and high quality. There is no other place to sleep other than the one bed so this is a good place for a couple or a single. Not really for friends or a family. There's a crazy large walk in closet. It is all state of the art 2023. This is by far the finest private accommodation I have ever stayed at. The prices in Noto in general, are half what Catania is. Noto is an unbelievable historic architectural masterpiece.

Difficult to remember anything bad. It is noisy if you have the French doors open. But late at night it is quiet.
