La posizione dell'appartamento, l'accoglienza della signora Elena e il fatto che fosse compresa anche la fornitura di asciugamani e lenzuola

Il divano letto è decisamente scomodo, non adatto per dormirci. In bagno la vasca dovrebbe essere dotata di tenda per potersi fare la doccia in piedi. La tassa di soggiorno non era compresa nel prezzo e questo dettaglio non viene precisato nella descrizione delle condizioni contrattuali.
