Nothing, had lot of problems while stay and host didn't responded.

So it is a list of things we didn't like. 1) There was no lift and apartment is on 2nd floor. 2) Air conditioner was faulty, whole night water was coming from it and it was too much not a small drops but like you open tap (Only one AC in the hall, No AC in the bedroom) 3) Bed in the bedroom was broken, my wife went to bed and she fallen inside. 4) After complaining about AC, Host said it was cleaning of AC few days back but clearly it wasn't and he didn't respond later 5) Kitchen utensils were too dirty 6) apartment was not cleaned properly 7) No kitchen napkins or paper towels to clean

It was a handy location, has 24 hr check in (self), close to airport and train station.

The check in was so confusing and strange. My friends, a group of 3 girls who don't speak Italian, were stuck outside at night holding all our belongings, with no way to get in. The owner sent us a phone number to call to enter the apartment, which was NOT WORKING. Along with the number, were a few other helplines which were ALL disconnected. Eventually we found the owner's personal phone number on the listing, which eventually with a few calls he answered and let us in. He claimed that the number on the booking did not match the one I called from, which I checked and it absolutely does match. That could have ended very badly and potentially dangerously. The apartment was fine but please double check with the owner before you arrive.

The location is not bad, 30 minutes walk to leaning tower, there is no issue with parking a car nearby,

The door lock it's a disaster, it works by calling free number and it suppose open the staircase door and appartement door. Lock is very laud and faulty. We have been locked outside appartement at 11pm with lock making a lot of noises, the neighbours were shouting at us. Very stressful experience. Apartment was ppor, air-conditioning not working ( leaking), windows in the kitchen not closing, coffee machine not working. We have booked for 3 people and the apartment was ready for 2 only , we had to dig out extra set of bed linen for sofa bed in living room. Kitchen dirty with dirty stinky dishes in dishwasher. No toilet paper in bathroom. A lot to think about for owner to get to standard.

Very clean, Nice bed, Nice kitchen, near the station.

The shower was broken and a chair. Then it was difficult to close the door.

Communicative and helpful owners

Apartment was good size and modern. Hot shower.

Entrance to the apartment very inconvenient. There is no key , there is no code . The only one way to call the owner and he has to open the door for you . My American service was not working for phone call and for some reason my internet was not working. So I couldn’t not enter. I have to ask strangers for hot spot. After 3 airplanes I could not coming to the place and get rest. Besides that WiFi was not working, every 5 seconds you have to reconnect. Iron was not working. It flashed green but never got warm . Coffeemaker was not working. Bedsheets had some interesting stains and bad smells. Location was far from everything.

Very good contact with the owner and his invaluable help. comfortable apartment with guaranteed amenities. I sincerely recommend

The accomodation was very good, we had a good time. It is very easy to enter the apartment. The owners are very nice.

The handsoap’s bottle was not loaded, it was empty. But i really recommend this accomodation!
