Studio Apartment Lumen

All looked great on arrival after 5 hr ferry for Zadar. Clear instructions to enter. Communication via text was prompt & helpful. The hot water didn’t work at night but ok in the morning. Too late to contact host for details. Comfortable bed, which is my first✅. Fridge but not freezer. Lovely airy, modern feel-like the pictures. One room with dividing half wall for bed, dining, kitchen. Two windows to the backyard so can see greenery & let in air. Had a damp smell on arrival after it had been raining-not sure since ok the next day!

The small appartment has everything you need

No parking space

Perfect location for us as took the ferry earlynext morning from the harbour

Really difficult door to lock

Very good location and the host was very willing to help us with everything.

The toilet is in a different room from the sink and the shower and this can be a little inconvenient

It was nice and cozy apartment.

However, there were some cheap solutions that which made the whole feeling cheap.

One step from the city center (restaurants and shopping streets) but the apartment is situated in a very calm and still street. Perfectly clean and cozy, we apreciated how responsive the host was and so easy to communicate with.

The front of the building is looking shabby and the entrance smells old but thats a thing in the whole Pula.
