Our host is such a kind person. The apartment has necessary facilities. Location is close to bus stop so you can easy to reach the bus to Pisa station and Pisa tower.

We had 3 nights there but when we just come the host informed us that there was no water in the whole building. This is unpredictable case so we promise to stay 1 night first if there is no water the next day we will leave. At 4pm in the same day, Carlo informed the water was back to the building so we were happy and promise to stay. Unfortunately, 1 of my friend had no water to take shower at 11pm because the water was run out of again. We hope the next day the situation could be better but no, we had to go out without washing our face, brushing our teeth. Finally we came to decision to cancel the last night and booked the new hotel. Carlo returned back the money for the last night.

The property was well maintained, clean and secure. It was situated adjacent to a bus stop, caffe, and tobacconist so bus tickets can be purchased easily. A supermarket is a few minutes walk away.

All very good, nothing to be worthy of a complaint.

Carlo, the Owner is a gentleman. Clean, comfortable room, well equiped kitchen. Excellent location, bus stop in front of the apartment. Supermarket is also nearby.

It's clean, big enough for a family and parking place is available in 20 m of location. Although we were late but he was quiet relax and understanding.

The apartments in this building are not quite isolated against noise.

Nice owner, easy to find parking, yummy pizza in Amore Mio next door, good price, safe. Supermarket and bus stop nearby.

It was so cold. Heating did not work and sun wast strong enough yet so we were freezing. View at the back of pizzeria.

Noisy neighbourhood and no toilet paper.
