Apartman Meri Pula

Nagyon tágas, szépen berendezett apartman. A szállásadó készséges, folyamatosan tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot.

Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der ruhige Standort und der schöne Balkon. Perfekt zum Entspannen! Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!🤝

Igor is a great host. For us the location was perfect, both the diving center and Pula downtown were a 5-7 minutes drive away. Evenings are quiet, so you can get a proper full night's sleep and charge your batteries for tomorrow's activities. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you wish to play a chef, you can (and you should, Pula has a great fish market, and no restaurant can't beat a domestic brodet with polenta).

The apartment is spacious, with a good-sized living room, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table, a working dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer. There are two toilets (one separate and one in the shower room), and three bedrooms with double beds or two singles pushed together, along with ample wardrobe space. The apartment also has two balconies, though only one has a usable, nice view. Parking is free, and dogs are welcome. I liked that there were recycling bins and the view from the kitchen was towards quite nice.

Cleanliness was a major issue. There was a foul smell on arrival, which we traced to the kitchen bin. While the bin had a new bag and appeared clean, the odour remained, likely because it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned after someone previously threw out a local delicacy (probably Bakalar with Truffles). The shower had poor drainage, low water pressure, and lacked a curtain for privacy despite a window facing it. Loose electric plugs and holes in the walls added to the neglected feel. The TV and internet were outdated, making it impossible to stream or connect modern devices. The weak internet would be problematic for remote work. The fabric chairs and couch needed a deep clean, with food crumbs on the chairs and small holes in the worn-out couch cover. The beds and bedding were old, with holes that made me uncomfortable - I even bought new bedding. The towels were thin and rough, and the soft mattress and pillows gave me a neckache. Mornings were noisy due to a barking dog or nearby drilling. While parking was free, it was on a rough, shared stony dirt area that required driving over a high curb. The balcony had only two chairs (which was fine for us, but the apartment is for 6 people). Overall, the apartment felt neglected. Door knobs were loose, the old washing machine banged against the wall, kitchen surfaces were sticky, and the equipment was outdated. The wardrobes were stiff, and to top it off, I found old men’s underwear in the cleaning cupboard.

Very nice clean big apartment with 3 bedrooms. Host Igor is kind and helpful.
