Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in Roda, Los Alcazares. Larger than average.

I like roda, best shower ever. If you need anything it's probably there in the flat and the flat is big. Ease of getting key.

Both doors broken, washing machine door on one hinge but still worked. Main light in living room not working, main bedroom light not working, tv box not working. Reported tv on first day 6 days later not a word or a fix. Also the noise level outside with traffic is definitely getting worse although clearly nothing to do about that.

Great roomy apartment. Comfortable bed, great shower. Good cooking facilities. In great location for the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy parking right beside the apartment. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

There's was plenty of items to use, cutlery etc. location near 2 bars, and a shop (lily). Quiet building, rarely heard other residents, though this was January. View of the church we liked especially. Excellent value for money. Liked the 2 simple standing heaters instead of Aircon, as I'm not keen on air blowing around...

The shower needs renewing. Taps were too sensitive to temperature, cubicle old tiles and curtain. 2 pple x 2 showers/day x 21 days = 84 total showers, so it's important. Would prefer 2 sets of keys.

We had a great time at Jeff place. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

The central location near the beaches of the surrounding area were good. The staff in the local bars were very friendly and welcoming and pool is located just in the apartment block opposite so very near the apartment.

Location is good but apartment overlooks busy main road so could not sit out on balcony due to road noise. Speed bumps on road outside bedroom window woke us up when lorries pass over them and there was constant traffic flow.

Location was great - just €7 with taxi to the buzz and three large shopping places. Three local pubs and restaurants with an local supermarket within walking distance.

Road noise from not double glazed windows and bedroom fan not working. Balcony door we didn't touch as it was fair bit broken.

Pictures were EXACTLY as apartment was. Living room was very large, lots of room for our family of 3. Full kitchen, with normal sized fridge and freezer. Lots of room to put clothes away and a lovely balcony overlooking Yummies bar. Pool was also really nice and would be perfect to cool off in high season. The communication from both the host and the keyhole was perfect too.

Accommodation was great and there was everything you needed. One small issue was that the bed was very large but the quilt cover was just a tad too small to cover us if we were at opposite ends of the bed. This wasn't an issue as the weather was warm but may be in the winter. There is extra bedding that could be used though.

great apt pool over the road was ideal for a cool off handy restaurants nearby if you don't want to go back out at night to main area great info from Jeff and easy pick up for keys

40 min walk to the beach but we knew this and just got on with it a car would be better for this apt but it suited us as we were there for only 5 nights
