Bagni inadeguati per il numero di persone che può ospitare. Nella descrizione vengono indicati due bagni con doccia che non corrispondono alla realtà. Solo un bagno ha la doccia ma è molto piccolo. L’altro ha solo wc e un piccolo lavandino. Le foto della casa ,a mio parere, non mostrano volutamente i bagni .

Great pool, and Pedro is just a top all round bloke and host. Nothing is too much trouble, and he supplies the best draught lager in Roda.

Next to the beach, lots of restaurants around, the outdoor space was nice and spacious.

I have 2 kids and hygiene is very important to me. I don’t think the apartment was well cleaned when we arrived, there were lots of ants inside the kitchen and that eventually go to the toilet or the bedrooms. Despite me talking about the issue, it wasn’t solved. We ate lots of times in the apartment but the kitchen was very badly equipped. Overall, I think the price/quality ratio is bad, I spent 3 weeks in Corfu and was in other places where I paid less and it was much better.

Amazing location, between 2 villages, both in walking distance -5-10 minutes, no hotels nearby, quiet location. We'd like to appretiate Pedros, he works hard and does everything to have satisfied guests.

.We had a fantastic stay. The location was brilliant and the villa was fantastic. Pedros was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and very hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this place to stay.

We had the three bed villa and loved the Mountain View, private garden with the outdoor shower (not overlooked). The outdoor covered patio was also an excellent addition to the indoor kitchen diner. Petros looked after us well at the bar by the pool and the food was great too. Overall we had a stress free holiday. I would say seafront, not beachfront but Roda beach with choice of sun loungers and beach restaurants is a short stroll away. Acharavi seafront also has a good selection of restaurants.

The indoor shower is small and the curtain isn’t very good at containing the water. The en-suite is from a twin room, not the king double room, I didn’t mind this because I prefer not to have an ensuite but it made it a bit unfair for the children who had the two twin rooms.

I would highly recommend the Roda/Achiavari area to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. I fell completely in love with the area. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and it was spotlessly clean with 2 visits from the cleaning staff in 1 week. It's spacious and very private (it's the last in the line of the villas, furthest back from the sea) perfect for families. Pedro in the bar area, who also serves as reception, is the perfect host, an absolute gentleman. The villa is very, very well appointed (there is a filter coffee machine!), has a washing machine and even a second, outdoor shower. I'm saving up to be able to make a return visit.

It's very hard to find something I didn't like. Maybe a bit more washing line to dry the clothes of 5 people? Mosquitos are an issue if you are susceptible to them.
