L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et très confortable. Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et deux balcons. Nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement sans soucis en bas de la résidence. La localisation nous a permis de nous balader dans le centre ville et le long du Danube.
