Villa Scandic Apartments

Villa Scandic is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk to Europapark, close to several excellent restaurants and surrounded by green. We rented both apartments (a group of 9, with 5 adults and 4 teenagers). The appartments are spotless, everything is new, beautifully decorated and very functional. There is a senseo coffeemaker and coffee and hot chocolate are supplied plentifully :-). We stayed two nights, but the kitchens are fully equipped and one could easily spend a longer vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious, great showers and even a separate bathtub in the upstairs apartment. There are a covered porch and a covered patio, just the best places to chill out after a long day walking in Europapark! The host is wonderful and made us feel super welcome and pampered. We will certainly be back!

We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights, 5 people (2 adults and 3 children). The apartment was clean, equipped with all the necessaries and special treats. The host, achim, drove us back and forth to “Europe Park”, got us seats to an excellent German restaurant (although reservation was needed and we didn’t book it in advance). We really loved the place, it was very convenient and close to the supermarket. Can’t wait to visit again.

Wonderful stay at Achim's house! The host is extremely kind and attentive to details. He offered transportation to Europa Park and provided a list of nearby restaurants, showing his dedication to guest comfort. The location is excellent, very close to Europa Park in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house is impeccably clean and meticulously furnished. It contains several rooms and many beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The bathroom is particularly impressive. The house is on an independent floor right above the ground level, so the absence of an elevator is natural and not an issue. There's an outdoor area, a courtyard, and a private seating area, plus free parking. I recommend staying here for at least two nights to fully enjoy everything the place offers. Certainly, this won't be my last visit. A fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

Place is super clean l, quite, big enough and location is perfect. The host is so cooperative and helpful.

We already stayed in 3 of the four Europapark hotels. But this apartment was really a big value upgrade to that, especially if you need more than one hotel room: Exceptionally friendly and reliable owner, very clean (for an apartment everyday cleaning is top), free coffee, the owner is driving you back and forth to Rulantica and the Europapark at any time which was also very convenient. We will stay there again.
