The information that was sent by the host prior to arrival was very clear with pictures and direction. It made it very easy after a busy day of travelling to know exactly what to do and where to go - thank you a simple and streamline service. The following morning when we needed to attend the reception to complete the process was simple and quick and the hosts were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much and they did everything they could to ensure we had everything we needed. They even arranged taxis for our departure. The room we had (3b) was perfect for our stay, on the ground floor, very roomy that slept 5. The small kitchenette was very well equipped with everything you would need, they even could provide additional items such as a mini oven, toaster if needed which I thought was an excellent touch. The bathroom was spotless, with everything you need and even a proper hairdryer which was a lifesaver saving hours standing under a standard hotel one! We cannot thank the staff at Pension Mariana enough, they were so helpful and did everything they could to ensure you had a great stay. They are a family business and you can tell that they care and love what they do! We would defiantly recommend and stay again. The apartments are really convenient for Europa park, it took around 15 mins to walk to the entrance and the same to Rulantica therefore ideal if your adrenaline junkies like us. Rust has a Lidl and Edeka supermarkets which are approx. 20-25min walk so you can easily get everything you need for your stay.

La proximité avec Europapark, la literie, la propreté.

La taxe de séjour non stipulée dans la réservation à payer sur place. Le bruit des personnes logeant à l'étage. Un seul feu sur la plaque de cuisson même si possible d'en avoir une supplémentaire il faut encore payer.

Très bon accueil et logement très propre. Attention à avoir du liquide pour le paiement ce qui n est pas notifié.

Lors de mon 1er paiement, je n ai pas eu de retour de mon accompte.
