Very disappointing stay overall. Check-in instructions were not provided at all, leaving us unsure if we would be accepted. Communication was very poor or unanswered. Only after calling did the host arrive, followed by an unnecessary 15-minute conversation despite us needing to leave. After that, the host repeatedly rang the doorbell and knocked without warning. Check-out information was contradictory: 9:30 was stated, but on-site we were told 6:00 am. Booking stated no extra payment required, but we were asked to pay tourist tax and deposit in cash, with no card option. Despite quiet hours being 22:00–08:00, there was constant noise, slamming doors, shouting, and even the host disturbing us in the evening around 21:00–22:00. The listing is misleading: “private entrance” is actually shared, and “soundproofing” is not effective at all. No air conditioning made the apartment extremely uncomfortable in hot weather. Electricity only works when the key is inserted, meaning nothing can be left charging when leaving. The fridge has no freezer. Cleaning expectations are unreasonable: guests must leave the apartment perfectly clean or pay a 70€ fee, but there are no proper cleaning tools or trash bags provided. A deposit is taken and later must be actively chased for return.

"Tolle FeWo und tolle Gastgeber."

Die Übergabe war sehr gut, wir haben einige Tipps zur Umgebung (Bäckerei, Rust Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, usw.) bekommen. Die FeWo hat eine Top Lage. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Europa Park und 10 Minuten zum Rulantica.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen für einen Besuch im Freizeitpark. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der super ausgestatteten Küche – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Ce qui pourrait être améliorer c'est avoir plus le temps le matin pour ce reposé. De rendre les clés a 9h30 c'est un peu court. Pour moi j'aurais préféré a 11h. Autrement je vous le conseille 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Accueil parfait, hôte très très sympa. L'appartement était très bien équipé, très propre, très confortable et joliment décoré. Le lieu était calme et la place de parking est très appréciable. Tout était parfait.
