Könnyen megközelíthető. Gépkocsinak van parkolási lehetőség. A szobák jól felszereltek új, vagy újszerű bútorok, konyha és fűrdőszoba felszerelések. Gyakorlatilag minden szükséges eszköz megvan. A stúdió minden része rendkívül tiszta volt. Szállásadó barátságos és azonnal rendelkezésre áll kérdés esetén! Kicsit kiesik a városközponttól, kocsival 3-4 perc, gyalog kb.: 20. Viszont a zaj így kisebb. Az út másik oldalán egy kicsi bolt, igazi "mindenből van 1-2 darab" típus, Egyszerűbb friss pékáru és tejtermék reggelihez.

Nem a szállás hibája: az autók, amikor az úton lévő csatorna tetejére rágurulnak, az csattan egy nagyot... Idővel megszokható.
