Location. It’s cleanliness. Good linen and towels. The extras like tea makings and a lovely kitchen and bathroom

Nothing except slightly better directions to locate the key safe especially if it had been dark/bad weather

Loved cosiness of apartment and close proximity to city centre. Being 2 female friends sharing felt very safe and secure. Extremely clean and owner kept in touch until arrival to explain directions and access arrangements.

"It met all our needs and so we intend to return"

The host / owner was extremely helpful and although not intrusive, gave the impression she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Although small (studio), the apartment was very comfortable for two and well equipped. It met all our needs. It was perfectly prepared for our arrival, being very clean and with the welcome touch of tea, coffee and milk. The location was excellent, being situated a few minutes across the road from York station, with a short pleasant walk into York centre.

There was nothing we didn't like about it.
