Nice quiet place. Own private parking. We had a friendly welcome from the owner and she showed us in the apartment and told us a bit about the places and restaurants around. Other than that there was not really much exceptional about the place. It was fine overall.

BE AWARE: NO CHARGING OPTIONS! The place advertises with charging options for the electric car, but this is not at the apartment itself. It's in Ston (town below) and can only be activated if you have a tag. Also only 1 charger works, although charging itself is free. However, the place shouldn't be advertising with charging options if it's not directly at your own property. Other than that the place wasn't that clean. Not that it was dirty, but the shower in the bathroom had yellow stains and some black mold stains. Also lots of limescale, which could very easily be cleaned. Which means that it actually wasn't cleaned. Personally I find a very clean bathroom the most important, and this one just wasn't.

Locatie rustig gelegen, uitzicht op de binnenzee. Leuk terras met tuinstoelen , auto kan je parkeren voor je appartement. Prima badkamer.

Unfortunately, the stay left a negative impression. The property tried to charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, even though no such information was mentioned in the Booking.com listing. According to EU consumer law, all extra costs must be clearly stated before booking. Upon arrival, the host dropped the request since the fee had never been disclosed, but the next day at 11 p.m. they started sending messages asking us to leave cash. That disrupted our stay and was higly unprofessional.. Guests deserve full and transparent information at the time of reservation to avoid such unpleasant surprises.
