It is right in the centre, free parking included (even though you have to wait to see if a spot is free), nice hosts, modern bathroom, air conditioning

It gets quite loud and noisy at night because it is right next to the party! Parking can be tricky because you have to wait for a public spot to become available There was a noisy fridge in the room which can bother somebody with a light sleep
