A flat worth recommending.Large, clean rooms with separate bathrooms, nice and helpful staff, very quiet surroundings(for those who like to party there is a small round pub where there is always something going on),close to the bus stop, great toboggan run in Vent.Overall great.

Once we got the apartment category that we actually booked, the view from the window was wonderful, and we got an unexpected visit from our neighbours' dogs on the balcony. There was a cute dog belonging to the house as well. The balcony provides a lot of space if you travel with a group of friends and want to hang out all together, as it's just one long balcony for all the flats and there are no barriers between the areas for different flats so people can walk freely.

I've traveled quite a lot in different countries, and there was not a place where I encountered the level of rudeness with which the receptionist treated us. Having looked at the pictures and the description of the apartment category (one bedroom ) on booking.com, we were looking forward to those beautiful mountain views, and the photos showed a kitchen that would be in a small separate room. That was important since I need the room where I sleep to be quiet and thus can't have a fridge making noises in the same room. Therefore, it was quite a nasty surprise when we were given the keys to a dark studio right next to the house entrance overlooking the cars in the parking lot, right above the garbage bins, without any mountain views. When we addressed the misunderstanding to the receptionist right away he was unimpressed, raised his voice quite inappropriately and almost shoved the guest card into my face. It took quite a long discussion for him to realize that he should kindly offer us to stay in the category we actually booked the next day, so we had to spend one night in that dark studio. We definitely did not need that sort of stress on our first day after long hours of driving. I mean mistakes can happen but you would expect a professional (or just a polite human being) to admit it and to handle it professionally, without causing all this unpleasantness. Or how about putting up honest descriptions of the rooms online with photos representing reality to provide accurate information, to manage expectations, and to avoid customer disappointment.

It is really in the mountains, at the end of the village. The view was great :) Our rooms were nice, the kitchen fully equiped. There was everything we needed for a week o sking

It would be nice to have a sauna in such lovely place

The bedrooms are absolutely separate, with their own bathrooms and doors to the terrace. The terrace in unbelievable. It is huge and directly overlooking the mountains and the river. Danielle the hos is very friendly and helpful. There is no washing machine but they do laundry for you free of charge.

The bathrooms were good and clean but toiletries were missing.
