el apartamento esta bien situado, la cama era cómoda, el la cama del sofá estaba regular, para los niños pasable.

No había agua caliente y odio ducharme con agua fría, el termo no funcionaba. Y la limpieza en general del apartamento sobre todo de suelos dejaba mucho que desear.

"El apartamento no estaba preparado para el invierno"

La ubicación y las instalaciones comunes.

El servicio de oficina. No cogía el teléfono ni contestaba a Lis mensajes, tampoco estaba abierto. Necesitábamos mantas y la primera noche la pasamos sin ellas. Pasamos mucho frío.
