Sijainti optimaalinen etenkin laduille. Mutta myös hisseille lyhyt matka. Kauppaan pääsi kävellen. Mukavuuslistasta poiketen paikasta löytyi myös kuivauskaappi! Lämmitys oli helposti säädettävissä viileämmäksi ja itselle sopivaksi .

Kuusi makuupaikkaa parvella, jonne ei kaikilta meno onnistunut jyrkkien portaiden vuoksi. Valaistus oli hyvin tunnelmalllinen, mutta paikoitellen oli otsalamppu tarpeen.
