We really did have the whole house to ourselves. It had everything we needed. And it was walkable to some great restaurants.

The banister was just a rope. It looks cute, but it offers little support.

Very well kept, clean and comfortable place with large bedrooms and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Good location close to the harbour and the Wick museum (recommended). 30 mins drive from John O'Groats, Duncansby head, Dunnet head, Castle of Mey, etc.

"Great place for a base in the North of Scotland. Quiet and very clean."

Heating was on on arrival, quiet location, exceptionally clean, great comms before arrival

Toilet seat is loose, not a big deal but thought i would mention it. Whilst the washing machine was a useful idea, we couldnt find any way to dry things so werent able to use it.
