Домакините бяха наистина много любезни. Посрещнаха ни страхотно и се грижеха за това да се чувстваме добре

Има какво да се желае по отношение на чистотата в банята. Всичко останало беше прекрасно!

Локацията е добра , на тиха улица и място за паркиране пред блока. Апартамента е чист , уютен, с климатик и кафемашина ,от което ние имахме нужда. Бихме отседнали отново.

Написано номер для не курців , насправді все було настільки прокурене ніби в попільничці , навіть постіль та подушки все смерділо цигарками , ми були з дітьми це недопустимо в мене мала дитина алергік , це просто жах , також у ванній кімнаті грибок на стелі , холодильник був але він не холодить продукти зіпсувалися . Не рекомендую нікому таке житло , особливо якщо з дітьми. Ціна не відповідає якості зовсім , має коштувати в три рази дешевше такий номер

Clean and comfy.

The host suffers from the usual Bulgarian condition where they think that they can make decisions on your behalf and without your consent and then expecting you to be grateful and thank them. They changed the place we booked, which was not good because we chose a specific place where there was free parking. They moved my in-laws to a place where we had to pay hourly for parking. After discussing it with the host, they tried to convince me that the parking was not paid on that street, which I knew wasn't true as I'm from the city and live nearby and I know how it works. The booking was from my in-laws which were from another city and they thought I didn't know anything. After I confronted them about it, they said that I shouldn't worry about paying for parking, because the tow truck doesn't go through that street after 3 PM and the car won't be impounded, which is ridiculous. Such behavior is unacceptible.

The location was really good, close to the central area of the town and to the river. The hosts were really helpful and kind. I had problem with the coffee machine and as I was not able to solve it, the host arrived within 15 minutes and even more I got another coffee until I was waiting for the coffee machine to be fixed. It was much more than I expected. The room was comfortable and big enough for me and my daughter. There is separate space for the kitchen area so that I was able to get up earlier and have my coffee without breaking her sleep.

The apartment is just at the ground area with its own entrance from outside and I was not able to lock the windows, which I was afraid that someone could use as entrance during the night. The bathroom could be cleaner
