Beds were nice Bathroom was nice

There were no pans for cooking Oven did not work but was fixed right away

Handy location for where we needed to be in York. Plenty space for 2 people. Clean property. All the facilities that's were required. Easy entry instructions. Easy onstreet parking in the nearby streets.

The price and lack of availability of hosts if problems. Toilet flush wouldn't stop flushing around midnight. After looking at the contact instructions to find a number it stated that after 9.30pm there was no guarantee that anyone would respond to your call. As we were leaving early in the morning we didn't want to wait up for a response that might not come. Managed a temporary fix. Finishing weren't the greatest. Front door felt like it was very flimsy and would fall off the hinges. Toilet was a bit awkward to get into- not much space between the door and the toilet. Maybe a sliding door would suit the bathroom better. The velux windows couldn't be closed.

Upstairs cleanliness was not as good as the other bedrooms however this wasn't to a very poor condition.

The location was great, good communication from hosts, spacious rooms and social lounge setting.

Little toilet paper and no body wash for shower.
