Harbour views from balcony are breathtaking . Large and very comfortable kitchen and sitting room . Stairs are steep but manageable . Very helpful host

Location was great overlooking the Harbour.

There were a few minor maitainence issues which Julie the owner was not aware of but would be resolved. I guess this is the problem when you do not live in the place.

If you like to be in the center of things, this is the place, you can sit in the small balcony and watch the boats and ferries come and go. Near Restaurants, Bars and Souvenirs. Easy to catch the sea taxi to visit various beaches in Simi. Be prepared its going to be noisy though.

Although I understand houses in Simi are old, preserving the charm of the island, the house is rather tired looking. The theme is like the inside of a wooden boat. There is no air-condition in the sitting room, just a fan, only upstairs in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are rather dark, light not strong, windows just a small porthole up high you can't even see outside, beds not so comfy. In the second bedroom there is nowhere to hung your clothes. Staircase leading upstairs very steep. Not recommended for people with mobility problems. Bathroom tiny, when you shower the whole floor gets wet. Toilet really tight. Nowhere to put your personal staff. A shelf would have been nice. No cleaning offered, didn't change the sheets and had fresh towels once.

The location was unbelievable, as it described, right on the harbour.

Only drawback was about 30 steps up to the apartment, if anyone had a mobility problem, they will struggle.

Too narrow to get our luggage into the bedrooms.

The location was nice but faced the morning sun and with no adequate sun awning, it made the whole apartment extremely hot

The fact that the very small bathroom was immediately off the kitchen area and there were no toilet/bathroom on the top floor where the bedroom was. Very steep and difficult stairs to reach the bedroom. Totally unsuitable for my disabled husband.
