The location is perfect. Literally 1 minute walk to all the hustle and bustle. The private parking space was a massive bonus. Also, the host was very helpful. Highly recommended.

No negatives at all.

Just sqeeky bed. shower slide shower hose had alot of matter coming off it when shiwering. May need changing. Evrything else was fantastic

"Ideally situated."

Ideal location close to the centre, 2 minute walk to the abbey. Apartment has everything you need, and great that it came with free parking space. you do get noise from traffic but it didn't spoil our stay, at night once in the bedroom with connecting door shut it was quiet. Bathroom is spacious with large shower cubical. It was a welcome bonus to have the outdoor space as the weather was lovely when we were there. Good communication with host, would stay again if available.

Traffic noise, but to be expected due to single glaze windows, wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Such an amazing gem 💎 right in the mists of York center ! This is the alternate place to chill out in your own hub You’ve got the lot location Big bedroom Decent sized studio lounge kitchen Large bathroom Plus terrace straight of the bedroom ,French chic , Decor fresh and presented Loverly set up for tea coffee plus milk and we received a nice small bottle of white and a red bottle of winev

Was very cute and well laid out and comfortable ,parking and location Were very convenient . Was nice having the back gate for loading and somewhere to sit outside . Adam explained access and parking and let us leave the car there for a-bit after checking out meaning we didn’t have to rush off and could go for breakfast . Would very likely book again as we will visit York again.

Can’t really fault the property tbh. Only thing that would make me reconsider booking again would be the price and we didn’t really make full use of the cooking facilities. So maybe a small room somewhere would have been better suited for us as we were out exploring most of the time
