The location was perfect for the city and all the attractions. On arrival the milk, tea, coffee and biscuits was a lovely gesture and the wine was an added bonus! The apartment was a cosy space with everything we needed. Although it's on a busy street, the bedroom was peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. It has a super shower in a large modern bathroom. The courtyard is a perfect space to relax in. It rained a fair bit during our stay but we were spoilt for choice for great pubs and restaurants a few steps away from the apartment. We would recommend Mamma Mias for a special meal, the kebab shop - very inexpensive!(both opposite the apartment) The Exhibition, next door, The Fat Badger, The Punch Bowl, Vallhala....the list goes on. The apartment is walking distance to pretty much any attraction you want. The dungeons were amazing and a must see as well as the Cathedral which is on your doorstep, The Train Museum, the Castle Museum and Fairfax House. We used a local carpark before arriving at the apartment and realised how expensive it would've been to book an apartment without free parking, so this made our stay such good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Adam was brilliant and the apartment lovely. We were able to sit outside in the lovely weather. Everything was close by and we didn't need to use the car. Definitely will return, thank you.

Fantastic location only a short walking distance from York Minster, the Shambles and anywhere else you want go within the city centre really. Came with a private parking space which was perfect and made the whole trip much easier. Very clean, nice size and a lovely shower. Didn’t use the courtyard but it’s perfect for lazy mornings for breakfast and a coffee and equally as lovely for a glass of wine in the sun before an evening out. Bottles of wine, tea, coffee and milk on arrival made it extra special.

It was a very spacious apartment in a great location. Lovely little garden was a nice touch and the host left us some compliments gifts which was nice.

I would say some parts of the apartment were slightly run down and as we were downstairs we could hear the people in the building upstairs.
