"Everything was perfect, apartment was even nicer than it looked in the photos , excellent location,"

Communication with host was excellent, description of property was exact . Provided everything we needed and more . Was told we didn’t need to take toiletries , cleaning items so we knew in advance not to pack them . Breakfast on first morning was lovely .

"Lovely apartment."

Ideal location! Close to everything I wanted to do and see! The apartment was equipped with more than expected. It was lovely and warm on arrival. Spacious, comfy beds! We visited in December and had a Christmas tree in the apartment which I thought was a lovely added touch! There was no outside noise! Everything was absolutely spotless. 100% recommend to friends and family.

"Family mini break"

The contact from Katy prior to our stay and the meet and greet at the property was first class! The apartment could not be faulted and we had a very enjoyable stay. It is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would love to return. The location was excellent to access all that York has to offer.

"Relaxing, comfortable, a treat !"

Very close to Centre of York, but nice and quiet, very comfortable luxury apartment, everything you need, a home from home. Great having the secure parking too. Katy the owner is great to deal with, a fantastic host and couldn’t be more helpful. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean too.

"Great flat in York."

Very clean, comfy and had everything we needed..and more. Walking distanse to all we wanted to see in the city. Close to food shop and train station. Lovely owners who came to met us and we got a late check out😊 We hope to be back.

We would have loved more soft beds. But I think for 90% of the people they are ok.

Lovely clean apartment a short distance from the very center of York. The apartment had everything we needed and Katy was on hand with any questions we had. We would make this our first choice for a future stay.
