Spurriergate Apartments- In the heart of the city centre

Having the whole building with 3 flats was a brilliant way to ensure that we could have a mix of social time and privacy. The location is brilliant and the flats are clean and comfortable.

The only things I would say is that it does need a fresh coat of paint and 10am check out is pretty early for a Sunday.

There is nothing not to love about this property! It’s so central to everything, it’s stylish and the booking staff are really helpful!

Centrally located with many restaurant options in vicinity. Easy to access. Quiet in evenings.

Would have liked to be able to open windows as the apartments were a bit warm. Did find the fans which helped.

Excellent location

These apartments are right in the middle of the city, and perfectly located for a weekend away in York with your friends or a large group. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to contact the team behind the booking, and so you really felt like they cared about your stay.

I got a few calls throughout my stay which was only 2 nights, so it felt a bit much considering i'd had the booking a few months/could have messaged me prior to arriving for our visit. Our initial check in was fine, but for members of the group arriving an hour or so later, the cleaning team were still there and so they had to climb over the hoover/didn't have the best welcome to the apartment. That could have been better, but the apartments were great, the location was great and I would absolutely stay again.

The staff communicated very well, they were super helpful, the location is great. We rented all 3 apartments for the weekend, they were easy to find and soundproof as right in the town centre. Very clean.
